All products sold by The Gollman Group may be returned up to 30 days after the sale, except discontinued items and some sale items, and as long as the item(s) is received back in good condition. A 20% restock fee may be charged on some items, and will be determined on a per case basis. The Gollman Group does accept returns after the 30 day period, however we reserve the right to deny or accept any return, and charge or waive restocking fees depending on the particular sale and item(s) sold. Return freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. Depending on the customer type (established/frequent account vs. occasional buyer) and how a sale was originally paid, refunds will either be given in the form of check, credit card refund, or account credit (for established accounts only) upon our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
